We’ll be flying over Gulidjan and Boonwurrung Country from Barwon Heads to Tyabb, Victoria as we talk all things shorebirds, wedge-tailed eagle attacks and Delta Goodrum’s upcoming curlew concert 🛫
This flight took us over Point Lonsdale then up the Mornington Peninsula over all the fancy houses and past the Dromana Drive-in! It was a bit later in the morning when we took off so the thermals had already started. Thankfully Sammy didn’t mind the bumps!
When we got to Tyabb, it was blowing a 10-15 knot crosswind straight across the strip, which also caused a bit of rotor from the trees. Check out the landing near the end!
